At Futurebound Group, we specialize in liquid fuel project development, utilizing a collaborative approach to connect innovative technology developers, entrepreneurs and financial partners. Our mission is to bring sustainable energy projects to fruition through strategic partnerships and proven technologies.
Our story began more than a decade ago when we took a few steps back from formulation and chemical processing to begin a journey to acquire and develop oil and gas assets. We took on the momentous task of preparing and submitting numerous bids and in the process gained valuable knowledge and strategic partnerships that form the backbone of our business today. The industry has drastically evolved since then with the hype of environmentally friendly alternatives to fossil fuels taking centre stage. We evolved with this trend and invested much time to develop a business model that offers the right technology and management structure to deliver scale, sustainability and long term gains.

Roll out plan
A key feature of our model is the adoption of a localised, decentralised, renewable energy approach, to the manufacturing of liquid fuels using the Fischer-Tropsch pathway. Instead of a large, centralised and capital-intensive refinery, we are promoting a decentralised, scalable approach that can be set up faster, cost-effectively and reduce project timelines. Using a licensing model, we aim to set-up several plants where there is access to adequate feedstock and renewable energy. This highly capital efficient FT process pathway will enable each plant to produce relatively small volumes of 50000 tonnes/year.
Management structure
We have consolidated various expertise onto a single platform with links to various projects under development. As a vertically integrated company, we manage the entire project pipeline - regulatory framework, project finance, design, manufacturing and operating the plant. This platform allows us to have full sight of project development , streamline operations and ensure consistent quality across the project lifecycle.
